During the seventh presentation in our series, the LUNA team will introduce the campus to a new digital management system for faculty and students. LUNA provides access to images, audio, video, and text files. The content includes thousands of images of art, architecture, and historical maps. The team will describe their collaboration and uses of the software in a variety of disciplines and fields such as history, anthropology, art history, science, music, cultural studies, and medicine.

Demonstrations will include searching across multiple collections, integrating institutional content with Flickr contents, making media groups and presentations, exporting contents, and embedding content within Blackboard.

Join us Friday, March 27 to start thinking about how you can take advantage of this new tool in your own classes. Light refreshments will be available for all who attend.
